Shopping Terms & Conditions

Use of www.structureformen.co.nz online store
www.structureformen.co.nz provides customers with a convenient and secure online shopping experience.

In order to shop at www.structureformen.co.nz customers are required to create an account. Apart from the many benefits, including receiving regular updates and special offers, your delivery address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. For these reasons, you will be asked to provide personal details which are current and accurate in all respects. Should these details change at any time you should advise us by emailing 5limos@structureformen.co.nz

If the details you provide are found to be untrue, out of date or incomplete, Structure for Men has the right to suspend your account and refuse future use of the site. By using Structure for Men you agree to accept responsibility for any and all activity that occurs under the use of your account name & password. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your access to the site including your username, password and access to your computer by persons other than yourself.

If you need to cancel an order placed on www.structureformen.co.nz you must contact us immediately via email at 5limos@structureformen.co.nz including your name, details of your order and the reason for cancellation. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund under the terms of the refunds & returns policy.

 You agree not to download, modify, transmit, or use any material from www.structureformen.co.nz for public or commercial purposes. The content, information and advice provided on www.structureformen.co.nz are free of charge (unless otherwise stipulated). However, you are responsible for your own network and connection charges.

Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and are correct at the time of publication, however, we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order. All prices, except those listed as for sale pricing, represent the full retail price of the product as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier or as estimated by www.structureformen.co.nz in line with industry standards. In incidents where an item has been incorrectly priced on the site, we will contact you prior to processing your order.
